Can someone please help my character keeps getting sick? I get sick when I’m not cold. I haven’t drink or ate anything and when I’m fighting the infected I don’t even get cut, but I’m still getting the sick icon pretty much within five minutes after spawning could be a glitch or a bug

Only thing I didn’t know was running hits do more damage than heavy

So something I know is with heli crashes I believe that soldiers were moving back and forth and due to this multiple soldiers get infected but because they’re soldiers and work through rigorous training their bodies hold off the virus longer but in the end results they turn mid flight causing the crashes. Another thing is before crashes you hear gunfire so I think that when someone turns it all goes to chaos people try killing the infected and they fail causing the crash. Another part of the lore I think is because there’s so many bodies I think the military held for maybe a week longer moving bodies but what causes the bases to fall is the contact with the dead bodies still having the virus because for example in Northwest Airfield you can find a few trucks with bodies in the back by the hospital buildings. One last thought I have is the crashed C-130 at Northwest Airfield I have a suspicion that it tried to take off but once again soldiers turn mid flight causing it to crash and after the fire trucks and ambulances we see at it I believe help was sent and the infection spread from there
